Founder & CEO

An industry veteran with 19+ years of experience across Real Estate Financing/development and consulting. He has spent more than 13+ with two of the finest private sector banks of the country namely ICICI Bank and Yes Bank where he scaled up corporate finance portfolio from USD 50 Million to USD 2 Billion across Real Estate, Hospitality, Healthcare & Education sector and headed a 20+ member team as President & MD.

Prior to founding Aurika Homes, he Co-founded ATS HomeKraft which was a JV for mid income housing development between HDFC Capital/ATS Group and himself. Under his leadership Homekraft had projects under execution > 10 million sq. ft. (Sale value of INR 5000cr +) and sold more than 1900+ apartments within a short span of time. He holds an MBA degree from IMT, Ghaziabad with short term program at London Business School.

Co-Founder & COO

An IITian from Roorkee, founded his Boutique Investment Firm for developing Affordable Housing in joint venture with a leading developer in North India in 2014. Currently the firm has one project under execution and one project in the approval stage with cumulative exit value of USD 2.5 Mn. He has 10+ years of experience in land acquisition, market exploration & real estate development with a deep understanding of project financing, approval process, deal structuring (JV, JDA, DM or outright) etc.

With over 22 years of experience, he excels in presales, channel sales, distribution and CRM. Previous roles include Business Manager at reputed companies like Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd., Idea Cellular Limited and Britannia Industries Limited. With proficiency in sales, marketing, and organizational skills, he emphasizes on business transformation and strategy.
